What if there was a test that actually looked at all of the ways your body could react to a food, and it did so in a non-specific way? Well, such a test exists, and it's a staple in the FDNthrive program. Listen to this episode to see if that test is right for you, and why you may want to think twice before spending your money elsewhere.
